I haven't received my verification code.

If you have not yet received your email with your six-digit verification code, please check your spam/junk folder, confirm that the email address Gallup is sending the verification code to is spelled correctly, and add support@mail.gallup.com to your safe sender list by following these instructions.

NOTE: The instructions linked above include a different email address than the one you need to add to your safe sender list. Your verification email will come from support@mail.gallup.com, which is the email address you need to add to your list.

To generate another account verification email, please go to Gallup Access and sign in.

If you still have not received the account verification email, you can reset your account password as an alternate verification method. Return to the site, click the Sign In button, and then click Need help with your username or password?. Enter the email address associated with your account and click Continue.

We will send you instructions to access your account. After resetting your password, you can sign in to your account and will not need to enter the verification code.
