An access code is a single-use code you use to take the CliftonStrengths assessment and receive your results and reports. The type of code you redeem determines whether you receive your Top 5, full 34, or role-based reports.

If you have already received your Top 5 results and reports in the past, an access code may give you your full 34 results or role-based report based on your previous responses.
- Upgrade codes do not allow you to take or retake the assessment.
If you received an access code to take the CliftonStrengths assessment, you can redeem it on the Gallup Access Redeem You Access Code page or by clicking Redeem Code on the CliftonStrengths homepage.
