Can I redeem an access code into an account with existing results?

The type of CliftonStrengths access code you redeem determines whether you receive your Top 5, full 34, or role-based report.

NOTE: If you have already received your Top 5 results and reports in the past, an access code may give you your full 34 results or role-based report based on your previous responses.

  • You cannot redeem a code with an account that already has the same reports available. For example, you cannot redeem and use a Top 5 code in an account with Top 5 results and cannot redeem a CliftonStrengths 34 code in an account with full 34 results.
  • If you redeem an access code within an account that already had CliftonStrengths results and reports from when you previously took the assessment, you don't have to do anything. We generated your results and reports based on your previous completion of the assessment and do not need to retake it. You can access your results and reports via your account.
