You can retract distributed access codes on the Code Management page in Gallup Access. which will return the code(s) to the bundle’s available codes, preventing the selected individuals from using them. Sign in to your Gallup Access account, and then select Code Management from the Menu on the upper-left corner of the page.
To retract codes:
- Click the name of the code bundle which contains the code(s) you want to retract.
- On the code bundle page, click the Distributed Codes.
- Select the checkbox of the code(s) you want to retract.
NOTE: You can use the Distribution Method drop-down list to filter the list of codes.
- Click the Retract Codes button above the code you selected and confirm your selection.
