Accessing Code Management

With the Code Management product, you can manage, organize and distribute purchased access codes. The product provides options for grouping codes into logical bundles to help with organization and distribution.

To access the product, select Code Management from the Menu on the upper-left corner of the page.

Menu options

Use the drop-down list on the upper-left corner of the product to switch between your organization's account and your personal account. Your selected account determines the information that displays across the entire product.

Use the navigation menu on the left side of the page to access the different areas of the product:

Bundles
Organize, track and manage your code bundles.

Individuals
Manage distributed codes, track redemption status and view results for specific individuals.

Codes
Manage your available code inventory, review distributed codes and track their status.

Email Templates
Create and edit custom email invitations for distributing organizational codes.

Exports
Download CSV files of your data using preformatted templates.

Tutorials
View instructional content and articles about using the product.

Settings
Manage your preferences and configurations for the product.

The left navigation menu also includes a Quick Actions section to help you perform common tasks. It includes the following options:

Purchase Codes
Begin the process to buy additional access codes.

Distribute Codes
Send codes from your available inventory to individuals.

Search

Use the Search field at the top of the page to quickly find information across the entire product. You can search for code bundles by name, individuals by name or email address, or specific access codes.

Type your criteria in the Search field to view matching results. Click a result to navigate to its specific details.
