You can share your CliftonStrengths results and reports with anyone, regardless of if they have a Gallup Access account or not. Sharing lets that person see your top five strengths and the strengths reports you choose to share with them.
To share your results from your Connections with someone else:
- Sign in to your Gallup Access account.
- Select CliftonStrengths from the Menu on the upper-left corner of the page and then click the Connections tab.
- Click Share CliftonStrengths.
- Type the person's email address in the Recipient's Email Address field and click the Share button. Note: If you do not want to share all your strengths reports, clear the checkboxes of the reports you do not want to share.
- The individual will receive an email message that you are sharing your strengths. The email will list your Top 5 strengths, and they can Create an account or Sign In to view any reports you have shared.
