After placing an order in the Gallup Store, you’ll receive an "Action Required" email. To complete and access your digital purchase(s), follow these steps:
- Check your inbox for an email with the subject line Action Required that we sent to the email address you entered during the purchasing process. Note: You might need to check your spam/junk folder if you can't find the email.
- In the Action Required email, click the Continue to sign in or create an account link.
- Clicking the link will take you to a page where you can sign in to your existing account or click the Create an Account link and follow the steps to create a new account.
- After signing in, you can access your digital purchase(s) within your account by navigating to Menu > Code Management.
If you purchased Clifton StrengthsExplorer access codes, please check the email address associated with your online account for the codes or instructions on next steps.
